We received an email from a client who looked at our site and noticed several problems and wording we did not write. I called Stefanie in a huge panic after I looked at the site myself. In just a few minutes she knew something was wrong. She said she would get right on it with her top security person. About 24 hrs later I received a detailed email outlining the things Stefanie & her team did to our site – it was very impressive! She had not only cleaned it up but also installed protective measures to prevent further infections/problems. My next step is to meet with Stefanie to have her look at revamping our site to not only provide additional protection but to liven it up. I’ve seen her other work & I want that same experience for our site! I’ve dealt with other web people over the years and NOBODY is quite like her in terms of the passion she brings to her work – it really shows through. She is very creative in her design, exceptionally thorough in her work and very straightforward and easy to work with. On top of that, she is as nice a person as there is.

Stefanie is a rare gem!  I was nervous about using someone that had so few reviews, but this turned out to be the BEST decision I could have made for my company.  She walked me through every step of building a website so that I can know how to create more and manage it on my own.  Who does that?  She not only has the skills and experience as a top notch web  & graphic designer, but has the heART of a teacher and mentor!  She is absolutely committed to her client’s success!

When you hire a web design company you expect a professional that knows how to put a web site together. What we did NOT expect was the amazing photography that Stefanie of heART Web Design provided as part of her service. We now have photos of all our staff members on our site and although we are a small mom and pop shop, our website looks like a million bucks. We couldn’t be happier!

I have been working with a dozen web designers. Never before did I feel that they really cared about my needs. Since I started working with Stefanie and her team (note: the people I recommended for social media posts), my website does not only look great, but it also gets found.
